Membership is open to boat owners as well as crew.

Annual membership dues are $25.00 per person, or $45.00 per couple.

The application process consists of completing an application form and attendance at two association events within a three month period, one of which must be a regular meeting of the Association. After these prerequisites have been met, the applicant's application for membership will be submitted to the general membership for approval. The applicant may not attend the meeting at which his application will be voted on. The applicant's sponsor must attend the meeting at which the applicant's application will be voted on by the membership. An applicant will be elected to membership status by a simple majority of members voting in present or by signed proxy. In the event of a tie vote, the question of the applicant's membership will be re-voted at the same meeting until the tie is broken.
